If the daily news worries you, if anxiety about the future consumes you, if a world that will lack the essential resources for the quality of life of future generations keeps you awake at night, this is your chance to do something about it.

The 4th edition of Triggers is now open for applications, and we are seeking nonconformists, optimists, and individuals who not only dream but also take action—those who don’t leave ideas in a drawer, but instead get their hands dirty.

Triggers is Casa do Impacto’s Acceleration Program, whose primary objective is to support solutions that address today’s environmental challenges.

We are here to help you turn your Purpose into something tangible, real, and with measurable Impact. Whether through a product or service, it has the potential to transform the Planet, is sustainable, and financially viable.

We know that going against the grain is a Herculean task, but we also believe in the power of optimism and in the ability to think that it is possible to change the world by taking action. And we are not alone. We have the support of major Public and Private Sector Organizations that share our beliefs and seek to do their part. We are privileged to have some of them sign up to this program and set an example in the fight for Environmental Sustainability. Many thanks to our Partners, Upcoming Energies, Powered by GALP, EDP, and Crédito Agrícola, and to 3XP Global, which once again provides us with its constant support.

This edition is also included in the CONNECT Consortium, an Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship initiative that brings together the best of the Impact Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and Academia. Co-financed by Portugal Social Innovation, Lisbon 2030, Portugal 2030, and the European Union, this Consortium brings together the leader Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, through Casa do Impacto, with two of the most prestigious Universities in the country, NOVA University Lisbon and the Portuguese Catholic University, through the Yunus Social Innovation Center at Católica-Lisbon. We also rely on the support of Social Investors, such as the Lisbon City Council, GALP Foundation, and Santander Foundation.

But it’s not just the support of these Partners that you’ll enjoy. Triggers will be a safe space for you to test, experiment, and take risks, while also connecting with people who share your goals, doubts, and fears. The collaborative spirit and common desire to make the future better will make you a more well-rounded Entrepreneur who is sensitive to the challenges around you. In addition, you will also have a Team of experienced Professionals who will help you from start to finish. The program offers Training and Mentoring sessions, exchange of experiences and case studies, monitoring of the work developed, and constant feedback from the Project Monitoring Team. You will also have access to the network of contacts of Casa do Impacto and program Partners, as well as the workspace. Casa do Impacto will be your playground.

If you are one of the three Finalists, you will receive a monthly scholarship of €691 during the Training Phase, and depending on your place on the podium, you will receive €5,000 (five thousand euros), €3,000 (three thousand euros), or €2,000 (two thousand euros).

Casa do Impacto designed this program for everyone who doesn’t give up and gets down to work. Have you heard of Humiverso, La Virgule, and Generosa, winners of the first editions? They didn’t give up and are now changing the world.

Meet the finalists of the first, second, and third editions of Triggers here and follow their good example.
