Casa do Impacto is now a certified entity under the StartUP VISA program, intending to welcome foreign entrepreneurs who wish to develop an entrepreneurship and innovation project in Portugal.

Economic and social development is a priority for the current Portuguese government. The capture of investment and the dynamics associated with the creation of companies are fundamental and strategic supports of economic growth as a source of economic activity and employment. Therefore, promoting entrepreneurship is one of the focuses of government action, including encouraging the creation of startups and new ideas and business models, and promoting the development of micro-enterprises and entrepreneurial projects, boosting their growth inclusively and sustainably.

The internationalization of national startups and the attraction of foreign companies is fundamental in promoting entrepreneurship. Therefore, entities such as Casa do Impacto are essential in a welcoming, framing and supporting entrepreneurial immigrants and their business projects, from the beginning – in the creation phase, installation and start of their development.
